My yoga style is a mixture of Vinyasa Flow, Hatha, Ashtanga and Yin Yoga in combination with Pranayama and meditation. A yoga practice that constantly challenges me mentally and physically. Limits that are constantly being re-aligned and allow me to have new experiences. A yoga practice that calms my mind and brings me deeper into my feelings and thus into myself. Pranayama and meditation complement the yoga asana practice and thus form a holistic concept for me .
