Workshop Surya Namaskar I - Embracing the Sun from within
Surya Namaskar is composed of elements like form, energy and rhythm.
The 12 rhythmical asanas of Sun Salutations will make you feel each pose with alignment through breathing concentration, making sure that you receive all of the benefits.
In this workshop we will travel to the history and the importance of these 12 asanas of Surya Namaskar focus on the connection of our movement and breathe while building confidence of the postures, strength, stability, and body awareness throughout the circles of different surya namaskar practices. Allowing the body muscles to engage, without harming ourselves.
